YYou don’t just walk into The Bear Trap, it’s something you’re invited into. Tucked just above the kitchen, this private chef’s table seats 8–10 guests for a more personal dining experience. Guests pass through the kitchen, catching a glimpse of the rhythm behind the line before settling in for the night.
The menu is custom-built for each group, with the chefs guiding the evening course by course. Every dish, cocktail, and pairing is thoughtfully prepared, creating an experience that feels intimate, seamless, and centered around great food and the people at the table.
